Keri and I tackle one of the big controversies in the video game industry: preorders. It’s all thanks to this ridiculousness now known as the “Augment Your Preorder” shenanigans that Square Enix is putting on for their upcoming Deus Ex release. While we do try to figure out some better incentives for preorders, we can’t come up with a solid solution. In the end, if you want to preorder a game, do it. Don’t let the negativity know as the Internet deter ya. We may both dislike what Square Enix is doing here, but preorders are a good thing and it keeps people fed.
